Believe it or not, a lot of webmasters are still building their affiliate review sites using static HTML. If you have ever designed in static HTML you know that it takes a lot of time to do it right. To do each web page of an entire website from start to finish will require an entire week. Any changes that you need to make or pages you need to add will also have to be done from scratch.
