Getting your ppc campaigns uploaded can be a pain. That is why I use a pay per click tool called the PPC Campaign Wizard. Using this, I can input all my ppc campaign setup info like keywords and ad copy and the tool will generate what I need to upload it into Adcenter or Adwords.
