| #1 Question: Do I need to be both a member and an affiliate? |
| Answer: No. You can be an affiliate without being a member. However, you should want to be a free member at the very least. If you are recommending products in the affiliate program, you should be using them or learning about their use in our live and free conferences. |
| #2 Question: What is the difference between a paid and free member level? |
| Answer: The short answer is services. Free entitles you to buy products from the lab through your sponsor. The basic membership includes a blog and hosting for that blog. The pro membership includes core classes and the niche lab certification. |
| #3 Question: When do I get paid for my sales? |
Answer: The $7.00 specials can qualify for instant payment to your Paypal account. All others are paid on the 10th of the month following the end of the guarantee period.
You also must have at least $25.00 due to be paid. All of our payments are made through Paypal so you must also have registered Paypal account. |
| #4 Question: When do I have to give you my social security number? |
| Answer: You are considered a self-employed affiliate of the Niche Lab. We are required to file with the IRS when you earn commissions from the Lab. We do not need your SS# until you start making money. Your information is closly guarded so it is not available to anyone. |
| #5 Question: What products can I promote? |
| Answer: Click on products available, then choose the products you want to promote. Use your affiliate link for the product and send it to your opt-in lists. SPAM is not tolerated so please do not SPAM the lab in your promotions. Come to the coffee talk in the mornings for tips on promotions and the products we have that will help you learn how to promote the lab and any other program for that matter. |
| #6 Question: If I am having a problem, how can I get help? |
| Answer: The Affiliate manager does contain a support ticket system. Fill out a support ticket and one of us will get back with you usually within 24 hours. Come to any of the conferences to ask your questions we will answer you live. From your member link, click on the forum. There may already be an answer to your question there. |
| #7 Question: There has been some concern over Birthdays in our form |
| Answer: This field in our form is important because of government guidelines and the web. Membership sites and affiliate sites are meant for legal business practices. Children under 18 should not be participating in these program. The birthday field tells us that the person applying for membership is in fact eligible for membership. If there is every a problem, we have the data in that field to show that we have made every effort to know that our members are in fact eligible. |
